'Cactus,'
smiled Daskalos, 'are so much like a human beings:
full of thorns on the outside, but able to bear
the most lovely flowers!' Daskalos loved cacti.
In fact he had species of cacti from all over
the world. When he wasn't teaching or healing
you could often find him tending to these plants.
But is wasn't only for the lovely flowers they
bore that he surrounded his house with cactus:
'Cactus are excellent plants for absorbing negative
elementals. Nearly every home, including my home
(from all the visitors I have to my home) have
negative elementals in and around them, that come
from either family troubles, or from outside forces.
The Archangels uses cacti and other plant —
especially good is the aloe vera plant —
to absorb and de-energize strong elementals that
are arisen from an event or from a powerful emotion.
I often tell people to place these plants around
their home.'
