A Gratis Talk: A tale of Landscapes: Patmos: The Cathartic Island of Reconcilation

In this presentation, Paul Skorpen, a healer, spiritual teacher, and explorer of inner and outer landscapes, will talk about his recent experience on the island of Patmos, where he’s been teaching the Book of Revelations for over 10 years. Only this time, it was different.

Intuitively, he was guided to integrate the Book of Genesis and the first days of creation, and then guided to include his work and deep research in the Gospel of John in connection with the Book of Revelations. And it was extraordinary.

So we’re talking about the construction of the original landscape described in the Book of Genesis, a virgin landscape, which allows us to take a journey in which we ourselves become a landscape. That leads us to the Gospel of John, which is a turning point in our spiritual development. There we explore on the island the seven miracles that Christ performs, starting with the marriage at Cana and ending with the raising of Lazarus, coupled with the incredible I am statements that are presented in the Gospel of John.

That means that the landscape is fully transformed through an alchemic mystery encoded in the Gospel of John. And that’s the turning point in our spiritual life, which brings us then to the Book of Revelations, when the original landscape described in the Book of Genesis will be fully destroyed because it’s no longer needed. It served its purpose for us. And in its destruction, we have no place to moor up boats, set anchor, or to hang our hat. And we don’t need it anymore because in the process, we’ve become a new earth, a groom.

And that new earth is then able to receive the heavenly city, the bride, which is a city described without a temple. This is a union with the Godhead.
